Hi guys, I've got a question.
I've started squatting recently in the hopes off expanding my tushie, but it seems that the only region getting gains are my thighs, and I don't want ripped thighs.
Do I just need to keep squatting to get the results I want?

Also, how long would it take to achieve noticeable changes?

Yeah, squats will target your glutes along with your quadriceps, but its a quad focused movement usually.

Look into lunges, deadlifts and romanian deads for additional glute and hamstring stimulation.

Give it a few months, eat right and reassess at 6 months. Good luck! :)

I was a bit worried about my gluteus medius not getting enough workout and having a man ass, but this'll work!

Depnds on how old you are.In order to get wide hips you need estrogen in your body while your musculature and bone structure keep growing.Without HRT the easiest way to get estrogen in your body is to gain some weight and start eating foods with phytoestrogens.But just remember that if you get fat and keep your estrogen high you'll get some serious bitchtits.

Start light cardio then move into arobic sqauts then on to wheight sqauts somthing along those lines all in one work out and youll have a thick strong booty

Sprints. Not just running. Sprints. 100% full bore running for 100 to 200 meters. Seriously. Go look at olympic level sprinters. They have massive butts.

However, before you even consider this make sure you learn proper running technique so you don't injure yourself, and make sure you do them on an actual track. Sprinting on concrete can cause problems.

Also Keep doing squats. Add in lunges and reverse lunges. You can also do a reverse leg lift. Lots of choices.
