				<link>http://img.7chan.org/fit/res/1304.html#1318</link><description><![CDATA[fasting comes from religion.  it&#039;s a way to increase your willpower, decrease your desire.  after fasting for a few weeks, your appetite for food is just less, period.  the advice of the other posters is correct, it&#039;s hard on your body.<br><br>traditional fast = enough food just to keep you alive.  i.e bread, water, and some vitamin C.  ghandi drank water + lemon juice for vitamin C.<br><br>fasting for lent is 6 days of 2 small meals, like bread and an orange.  sunday is a cheat day, eat whatever and go nuts.  fast monday thru saturday.  but they didn&#039;t eat _nothing_, or they&#039;d die.  fasting = eat way way less.  be careful when driving not to faint.  fasting does that to people.<br><br>hope that helps<br><br>]]></description>
