i dont even know how my account got messed up in the first place(or accounts, since i made another account after my first one got messed up but that one ended up screwed up also)it was like, one day it worked fine and then the next day i logged in and it said my account was disabled

If you want the disabled account back you're going to have to contact Facebook's support team, which is going to be time consuming and may take several attempts.

Facebook asking for your mobile phone number is basically for verification purposes and the only way around it is to literally submit a copy of your ID.

It's not messed up. They just do that periodically to verify that it's you using your account to cut down on sockpuppets and spam.

either way,is there a way i can get this account back

They do it to everyone. It's got nothing to do with you in particular. If you don't want to use your real number use a burner number to verify and gain access to the account.

With that one there is no silver bullet, the only thing to do is contact Facebook support and get them to restore it.

so there's no real reason why it got disabled? i mean, one day it was working fine.the next day i logged in and it said "your account has been disabled".how would i contact facebook to restore this account

The one way of finding that out would be contacting support. Then you can make the case to have it restored.

>no real reason
Most of the times accounts get disabled because you chose a weak password, used the same password on multiple sites, or your system got infected (AKA "free software isn't free") and they gained access to your account that way.

Once they gain access they then make a complete ass out of themselves until the site has little choice except to turn off the account.

If you are interested in a virtual phone number https://onlinesim.io/ , I advise you onlinesim.io. There are a huge number of available numbers, reasonable prices, the possibility of renting a number, and the possibility of re-accepting SMS.
