Sorry, but this seems like an actually interesting topic to me recently. OP is not clickbait.
I am personally found similar sound frequency videos on youtube, with different combinations of specific waved, masked with "ambient" or not. For example this: https://youtu.be/g6SlLCyrHyU?list=UU16NNFKodOsrgi0Nla5XPKg
The description says 852Hz 936Hz 963Hz, but how exactly these waves affect people's brains and stuff? Was going to make kind a deep research of this later, but stumbled to this thread. Wonder if anyone knows, thanks.

Yeah I was doing some reading about this.
The CIA released some documents about their investigation into the Monroe Institute's Gateway Experience and found that they could not reproduce the effects of the hypnotic tones while using vacuum tubes or some such, so that they concluded the hypnotic effects were caused by the electromagnetic waves in the headphones and not the acoustic waves of the recording. Of course, any neurotransmitters in your brain are going to resonate with some specific frequency, so it's no surprise to me if sound waves can effect cognition.
