I've been coming to 7chan for almost a year now, and I've always loved it. I don't recall a change in management; I never read the news, but I do know that the admins had been doing a better job lately, at least on the boards I went to. It seemed to be the golden days of 7chan. I rarely left /zom/, /34/ and /wp/, but occasionally scanned the other boards. I came everyday, made a few brief posts (under Hermes, JV or good ol' Anon), spending a good hour or two on 7chan every day. Well, I was certainly surprised when all the boards were deleted, I can tell you that! Dear staff, I don't know what the fuck you did; I don't know if Ian himself did this shit, or if someone else threw a bitch fit (I can see it now; "No, Ian. I don't want it in the ass tonight." "OOPS, I MISSED." "GOOD LORD, WHAT DID YOU MISS? FUCK THIS, SAY GOOD BYE TO /Y/"), but you're an idiot. I'm not going to dance around the bush, I'm not afraid of you. You're a fucking idiot. /Zom/, /Cake/, /34/ and /Cat/ are your life lines, so you go and delete them? Without them, you're just 4chan. Hell, without them, you're worse than 4chan. 4chan at least has a /wg/. Next time you get your period, don't take it out on your forum, okay? Or, if you're being cheap and don't want to pay the server bill, don't get rid of your best fucking boards. K? Also, don't bring Fur back, you fucking faggot.
Does this mean they took the boards away cause of the server bills or what? BTW No /fur/ is right. Its not even worth it... trust me...
I second everything here except the fur. Fur, like goru, I just don't want so give them their own board to populate and may they never -EVER- leave and venture into our boards. As for the server bill, I was thinking that that was probably the reason but, for fuck sake, don't kill the best image board on the web because you can't pay for it. What you instead do is sell it to someone who won't ruin it for enough money to make another, probably more awesome image board and then let out the news that the creators of 7chan have a new board. I mean come on, this isn't bloody brain surgery in space...
Well, I've moved on from 7chan, found a place that offered, ironically the exact same thing with a quicker moving community (No Zom tho :/), but tbh, if this is what 7chan wants to become to hell with it. LoL suggest away anons.
/zom/ /elit/ and /vg/ are all that is left for me here. But there is a bright light on the horizon. I see ... 420chan.
