Just wondering where the papercraft discussion board went?
Lack of postings?
It seemed to just run out of energy... :(
Was wondering that too. I think someone deleted it :/
I'm pretty sure that's what happened. All the links to previous posts I have are no good.
It got gently pushed off, 7Chan only holds 8 pages of discussions so that tells you the last time it was used.
But lets bring it back without any of the rubbish, name calling and bad blood from the last.
anyone have good chunks of the files? If so we can start it up again,
I have the links, but they are pretty well just tossed together and some things are duplicated. I'll see what I can do to clean things up.
We recieved a few new legal threats. Since my email was the only one displayed, no one else is at risk (so don't post yours!).
It was deleted for my protection, as well as the originator. Sorry.
That said, the links are all still active as neither of us controlled them. So guys? Go at it! After all the bullshit I'm going through, I no longer care "who gets hurt" and "who loses sales." I started this out as an outreach to grow a hobby and now I'm being pushed around and stressed out over trying to help... So fuck em! Do what you're gonna do!
Sigh. Sorry to hear that. Nobody needs that kind of hassle.
Yeah. Joke's on them. Now that everyone else has fair warning to avoid linking an email to a name, it's gonna be impossible for them to track you folks.
Learn from my mistake, and go ape shit on these guys.
Speaking of getting things up and running, I'd kill for the Mike Schley and Sean MacDonald maps from dnd season 2.
If I'm not mistaken, both artists have their lines posted and ready for purchase. They're glorious and great for use in other non AL games, but whatever you guys wanna do is your business ;)
Have to admin, I'm coming to the table VERY late in the game. Not sure where to begin. I can clean up the file list but after that?
any effort is appreciated. Hopefully we can build it back up to what it was
ive got quite a bit, just need a good place to upload them. Anyone know of one where others can add to as well?
REQUEST: Folks, when uploading, please make sure that the item is labeled correctly. By company and then file name or project. If you don't know what it is, please verify what it is before you send it up and label it accordingly. There shouldn't be any MISC files or collections of random files. Makes it easier on everyone in the long run.
Okay, lets get this ball rolling. Here's what I have to begin with. Most of World Works Games TLX. I set this up to be a file drop location, so as the OP has said, PLEASE make sure your uploads are clearly identified and not some mish-mash.
Okay, there is some confusion with the file drop location, but Mediafire gave me this link:
Try this out and let me know if it works.
And here one more link for your uploads
you should make sub folders: Fantasy,Game Aids,Modern,SciFi etc
For the sake of simplicity, I was going to limit the amount of folders and only categorize by company.
I have more FDG and some Lord Zsezse, but I think it might be covered by the link.txt in Paper Dungeons.
it is hard to find anything in old links, so it would be nice if you upload them to new link
uploading some DaveGraffam models.
you can help and buy some models on rpgnow. they are 0.95$ each
Would anyone know where to get minis like Eddnic? He's got a lot, I just need…MORE.
I got really excited that the FDG Dice Tower was the non-Kickstarter one, but alas, it was not meant to be.
Can I ask a question please?
What is the actual difference of sets that come out both as "Links" and "classical"?
TerrainLinx is a system in which their terrain fits together. Their other formats used either little plastic connectors or bobby-pins.
Also, Propsmaster sets, while they are considered terrain since they can impede a players progression through a room, they are not necessarily considered ONLY TerrainLinx or one of their other formats.
So no actual need to have both types, just the Links, correct?
Depends, really. WWK released some sets as TLX exclusives, some not. I do know that Lair of the Dragon God was released with more than the original offering.
I really appreciate the input, but Ronald Weasley is getting mighty full...
Okay, Paper Dungeons is full.
I had to delete Wormhole - Versus, First Flight - Retrofit, Uncharted Space, the Roll Arena, and OneMonk Miniatures.
Please use the other file drops at your discretion. Thank you!
This is incorrect, the TLX version of that had less content actually since most of the original stuff "didn't fit" with their new standardised system. I.e. they cut all of the nice 7x7 tiles out, including all of the really nice detailing they had on them in favour of more 3x3 bricks.
Are there size limits (as in total, not individual file) on the incoming links? Sorry, just not familiar with Mediafire or any of the others out there.
I ask cause I've got like 35G of stuff I'm trying to sort through and get organized.
Would anyone have Stone Edge's "The Dungeon"?
There are 10 gb free space totally. Files can be any size.
Do anyone have any of 'Mystic Mountain Productions'?
just wondering, who's handling the incoming files? and to whomever they are, thank you.
sale 25% on FDG
Do anyone have FDG 'DRAGONSHIRE:Market' ?
Don't mind them.
What is this negative commenting? Either participate or just let us be
Anyone have the maps for dnd 5e, Rise of Tiamat, and/or the elemental evil maps? dying for them.
This looks amazing.
Any beginner's guides to papercraft? What kind of paper should I use? What printer should I buy?
Hey there. Welcome.
I use a HP Laser Pro 200 color and use regular 110lb card stock. Works for me.
Anyone have the virtual armchair mean streets and mean sets paper terrain?
Could whomever is handling the links, please update the group with any new uploads?
;) Thanks a bunch.
IS there a new meeting place or has this thread just died?
Totaly agree with the above poster
I moved on when the thread took a life of its own. But there were problems with the library, with the dramascape thing. Noone ever took the mantle to reup everything. I am studying for boards currently and swamped. I have a decent splattering of the sets, and will re up and post the links.
But it will be up to someone to manage. We did have something in my opinion beating the main thread for awhile.
Thank you for taking the time to post. Perhaps it is a decline in content that has prompted the slow death of the thread? I am unaware of any newish material of note. Does anyone else know of something worthwhile to discuss?
Hey everyone, FDG is having it's Christmas in July sale.
Looks like LZW is also having a Chrismas in July sale.
I'm looking for the English Civil War models from
Billy Bones Workshop. They've been on Wargames Vault for yearrs. Does anyone have them ?
reading through old threads (on various cache sites) I note you desire to complete full collections.
Did you manage?
Does anyone have SHELLENDRAK: PROPS PACK from WWG? I know it was in the old archive and I never downloaded it for some stupid reason.
It seems missing in worldworks games releases 1)uncharted space release #1-Sathricans homeWORLD, 2)the Roll Arena 3)all 4 "scenic encounters" 4)THE LIGHTNING GUN ...anyone ??
We might have the original collector relaunch this. I just helped organize and patch his collection. It's 104 gig. He's claiming scrubs and reposts are coming.
Excited to see things make a comeback
NICE! Looking forward to it.
Hi anons, does anyone have templates for any of the new low polygon papercraft masks that guy Win<name redacted>oft made this year? Any of the horned ones would be nice to find but the dragon would be a real gem. I will try to figure out how to post old ones I found last year without running into the copyright bullying mentioned above.
Ok Ill try and restart this thread off with a few solid requests here:
The most recent 3 requests were included, kickstarter edition at that.
So, just waiting on the receiver to finish sorting, adding his own, and getting it uploaded.
104 gig, though. So maybe be patient... ;)
Anyone getting in on this?
Nice to see you here again man :)
Once things settle down, would it be possible for someone to create a pdf or txt file of what is missing from each group? That way we can go through and fill in the blanks as it were?
I have some more links, I will add in the near future. I used mega, because if you make a account, you can easy copy the entire folder to that account quickly and anyone who wants to manage it, handle new uploads can do so easily.
Additionally, I think you can copy the files, for your own personal use, quickly. so people could get the files incredibly quickly.
Wanted to have the stockpile out there for people to have, since it was taken down rather abruptly
I'm not seeing anything following the Mega link.
A search using the key turns up an empty folder
any ideas ?
other people have problems with the link? I accessed it with the account logged off, it loads then asks for the keys and loads all the files.
I noticed the other thread used Mega and the easy way to copy, literally a few clicks and all files get moved to "your" account. seemed ideal but I have little know how to trouble shoot
Works fine for me, I see a huge list of stuff.
When I first used the mega link, it asked for a key, so I put that in and voila! Then I just copied the bookmark so that it doesn't ask for the key anymore.
It's working fine now. Like an eejit I tried access using my Android tablet, followed the link and installed the Mega app then got nothing.
I'll stick to using the PC in future.
That's one hell of a collection many thanks for making it available.
good glad. Anyone is free to try and get the thread as active as it was. If not, enjoy the collection we compiled. I had some more odds and ends to put up that I will get to when I get a chance
mega ask for a password
was provided right after link
Daves Games: "Hermits Hutch" gives a download error.
Another error found...
In general, MEGA is crappy, wobbly, and although the UI is moderately user friendly, the downloads are slow, and many of them takes 3-4 attempts before it works. Maybe a thing to consider next time you're choosing a filehost. ;)
I'm sure the OP will host the 104 Gb elsewhere
because you found an error with a 99 cent file.
But here's an idea, why don't you download everything and spend the 99 cents on Hermits Hutch, then upload it all to a site of your choice.
Call it your good deed for the day.
He, Einstein - I'm not the one that uploaded a bunch of files for otehrs to download. But if I did, I'd make sure that the site actually worked. I'm giving constructive critique, and if you can't handle that, just be quiet and sod off and do your homework or something.
Ben saying "Mega is Sh*tty" is not constructive and the uploader gave his reason for using Mega in
>> 94628 further he says "Anyone is free to try and keep the thread active if they can" so suggesting you move it to a host of choice was valid.
Just so you know I'm not being a total eejit here's the Hermits Hutch in a zip,I've checked all the pages in multi and single layer and all open fine.
No idea what your problem is, the MEGA link works fine for me, Ben, on my shitty cable connection.
I didn't just write that it was shitty. Here, let me recap it for you:
"In general, MEGA is crappy, wobbly, and although the UI is moderately user friendly, the downloads are slow, and many of them takes 3-4 attempts before it works"
But maybe it was tl;dr at your end?
Right now, MEGA is stuck at the little wheel at the login page. Has been for two hours, tried 3 different computers and 5 different browsers. And it seems to be a general problem, going by posts at Reddit about the same thing.
I hope that wasn't too long for you to read too. If it is, get some help. :p
many thanks to the mega uploader !! good job, it could be a bit erratic but i managed to download everything. thank you very much, really appreciated !!!
Thanks for the mega file. Works for me on my crap internet. Let's get off whether mega is a good site or not, if you have a better site feel free to host the files yourself and share. Until then let's show some appreciation for the person who did.
While looking through the Microtactix folder in the Mega link I noticed the Starport Omega 3 model was missing. Was pretty certain I had it somewhere so here it is zipped and uploaded to ZS.
Requesting this new FAT DRAGON set.
Looking for any and all Wild West, Pulp and or WWII figure flats, cardboard heroes etc
the Junior Generals page has flats for free, quality varies between the contributors but 10/10 for effort.
In the afore mentioned Mega post, the folder "paper places" has the Whitewash City buildings and the Pioneer set. There may be other useful buildings, the Germy Modern in the " Unknown Origins " folder might do for WWII.
I'm humbly requesting Inked Adventures stuff and/or Heroic Maps stuff
Got CC3 from the trove.
According to the install text, there should be upgraes o CC3+ and DD3+ included. Can't get it to work, so there's only the "old" CC3.
Can anyone help me out?
From what I understand, CC3+ and DD3+ are separate downloads from the Pro Fantasy site. Having said that, I've not d/l the version available in the trove.
On a different note, if anyone has any of the Lord Zsezse Works Template Packs I'd be interested to see what they offer prior to buying. Neither the homepage or their samples page on RPGNow doesn't show much info.
good stuff here
This site may have what you are looking for: http://www.seven-wonders.co.uk/paperfriendsindex.html#roleplaying
is anybody have a folder with dave graffam ruins set?
does anybody have a collection of fantasy paper miniatures?
does anyone have these beauties from Okumarts?
thanks in advance!
Looking for Billy Bones Workshop paper minis. I'm especially after the Dark Ages series, but some other would be nice too (I already have the ECW minis). Anyone knows of a trove or something? Thanks in advance--
I too am wondering if there is something equivalent to this for minis.
I saw yesterday the Billy Bones webpage is under construction for a new launch,I'd hoped to get the Dark Age models too. Is there any chance you could upload the ECW ones ?
Sure, here they are (not my upload, BTW): https://mega.nz/#F!K4M2VKwA!q0lVkatsMJkCU2wLjgnL5A
That's fantastic. Been looking a long time for those.
Humbly requesting for the module Mayhem from WWG.
Need them to do a 3D land for Zombicide.
posted in the mega
ive been making a papercraft tabletop game for a while. ill post a few images of my figures that ive been working on lately.
ive really been ramping up on this project lately... is anyone interested?
It looks pretty interesting.
Tell me more! Is there a homepage?
the game is called Four Seasons, and the games world is themed accordingly. there are four societies of elves who have adopted the identity of a season to represent each kingdom.
the game itself is turnbased and much like final fantasy tactics, but its meant to feel more like D&D.
ive been developing it for a while, but have only started to make pages for it in various places... for now, there is only bceman.tumblr.com
Thanks, I'll check it out!
makin more characters
is anybody have a folder with dragonlock Fat Dragon Games?
Well, it finally happened, Worldworks appears to be gone for good.
Did anyone manage to buy their wild west stuff? I was literally going to buy it in two days, since I didn't foresee any other way to get ahold of it in the future.
nevermind, found it in the mega. Awesome.
One thing I can't find is an old dave games set that was really neat, it was a sheet covered in outhouses. You got like 12 of them or something crazy. Can't find those on the Mega, or anywhere else.
Maybe we can get something started?
Man, that's one thing I'm super excited about the future for. I'll be able to just think up nonsense and print it out after modeling, instead of having to learn traditional sculpting and such.
I'll still have to figure out painting, but it's been clear for a while I have to learn painting...
Yeah Ive been trying to learn painting also.
3d printing has given me the real reason to get good at it.
Worldworks's website is back. Buy everything you can before it goes down for good.
Ok, I'm an eedjit, what do I with terrainlinx pdfs? Print them on card or whatever?
i found this trove searching in the wayback machine the old 7chan boards
What we don`t have here is "Shellendrak Manor", from WWG. We do have "Shellendrak Manor-West Wing", but not the original set. Anybody willing to help?
Print them on card, glue the tiles onto foamcore (available at most department stores in the arts and crafts sections next to posterboard), have fun.
Anyone have this?
Does anyone have or know of a 3-d papercraft version of a shopping mall? I'm hoping to run a Hero High supers game in the future, so a mall will be a major recurring location. Even enough shops for an outdoor walking mall would work, though I'll definitely need a food court.
does anyone have all the ravenfell expansions (from Fat dragon) ?
Mayhem Megamall. It should be in the big Mega collection.
Thanks for the suggestion. I also found a mall set from Stoelzel's Structures (Modular Shopping Mall) that looks good on DTRPG, but I don't see it in any trove so I can give it a look before buying. But Stoelzel's 80s Arcade is exactly what I was looking for, so I'll probably get the mall anyway.
Wow very interesting
Does anyone have the Elven Papercraft Set bundle from Lord Zsezse Works?
heres a new vid for fourseasons
Anyone have a copy of this paper minis?
kindly requesting any papercraft to make an arab or middle east village...
they are suitable for many eras but it seems difficult to find any...
thanks in advance
Also requesting the Dragonlock stuff. Or at least the Village Buildings/streets. Will need to start putting together a Frostgrave table soon.
These look amazing, I'd also be interested.
Getting an Anet A8 cheapie 3D printer in a few weeks and would love to check out DragonLock as well... Also TileScape or Printable Scenery terrain models. I'll probably buy a few, but cant afford all of them and would be nice to compare.
bump - very interesting...I've never tried papercraft
Requested months ago, but here is Shellendrak Manor
Dammit, wrong link, let me fix that....
There's a company on WV sells print out colour buildings and I'm wondering if anybody has them.
Does anyone have WWGs Return to Shellendrak Manor? Thanks
Do you mean the Roman Seas buildings? Or some thing else?
It was the ones by "Wargames Print". Even though the "Roman Seas" say they are for 6mm,they are a bit fiddly to assembled.
Does anyone have the backer versions of Printable Heroes?
