Cancer isn't cured for several reasons.

Research has never produced not only cures, but never produced treatments. Despite this adverts on TV to fund research, despite never showing any positive signs ever, continues.

also, most cancers are specific to certain regions of the body and other environmental and genetic reasons for the causes of each type. In essence, you can look at each "type" of cancer as unique which makes "curing" it even more challenging.

There are methods for 'curing' certain types of cancers with a high percentage of success, and there are many more cancers that evade treatment due to millions of variables that require specific therapeutic strategies to target.
