I actively try to attract and keep Purple Martins and they are all around my main home. They are a bit different than house martins as they are a bit bigger, have a sort of iridescent purple back and like to nest in colonies. They are good to have around and eat tons of bugs. I love when they come around when cutting grass. They swoop and fly fast and have very impressive flying skills picking insects that are kicked up right out of the air.

I was the same age and left my home at eighteen and moved to Florida to go to school because the in-state credit hour rate was less than a third of my home states. (Also I thought space was cool and it was still the shuttle program) I was able to get in-state because I put money down on a cheap condo in Cape Canaveral. I meant CHEAP. Like across from a old trailer park cheap. I had a mortgage. Money was tight and cash was only going out and I did do odd jobs now and then but I had to get through school. Eventually I moved out west and rented that condo to an older couple. Times were expensive and tight and when I rented and was an apprentice then a scout etc etc but yeah. That's normal. You start out not having much of anything and then over time work your way up. I'm older now.

None. I don't want anymore homes or property now and as I get older I will probably want less. It's just me and another special person. It's alot of work and money to maintain and keep up a property. Around the time my father passed away during the pandemic, I was immediately the owner of two more properties including my divorced fathers home in Kauaʻi. (which doesn't have power right now I think) I eventually sold that because I would have been stretched too thin and also some hunting property he gave me even though I don't really hunt which I still have. Bought and sold a few more times and sold the condo in Cape Canaveral and now i'm pretty happy with just two places and some hunting land we go camping and stargazing at. Yeah, it's hard starting out. Moreso now than years ago. We are all in different stages of our lives.

I only specify those things because if I didn't, certain things wouldn't make sense. As a made up example, I might say I saw a condor near my home. Then what if I said some other day I saw some east coast only bird? That wouldn't make sense unless I specified it was at a different property.

In any case, I just wanted to mention how cool I think Purple Martins are not talk about the housing market. Sorry if I unknowingly struck a nerve.

When I'm old, ok maybe, but then I'd rather write or animate at that point. But doing house work as a young person is a crime imo, leave that for old people. Life is so incredibly short. I'd rather worry and spend all my time and money on some 90s japanese shitbox (I didn't do this btw, but I'm saying I'd rather) and have an art-work in the end and also something you can crash and regret nothing... Well all of that is mostly a waste of time too. There is a camaraderie in the physical, mental, emotional struggle and the financial ruin that building cars brings. Even crashing them then is a beautiful thing.

I'm sorry you happen to have so many properties, I hope you get some income from them and hire people to put the love in

I seriously considered putting in a hot spring/grotto when I bought where I am now because it's private on alot of land but it'd look out of place. I have two large ponds that are part of a migration route. Looked at bamboo and learned it would spread everywhere if left unchecked and is invasive. Wanted to put down tatami mats in one room and consult some place near D.C. to make it look like a Japanese room like when I go to visit. Didn't do any of it. σ(*´∀｀*) Maybe someday.

I grew up not knowing how to do many home/ranch related skills. So the way I look at it, it's made me learn alot of useful skills I didn't get growing up. I'd like chicken's again, but we travel alot so yeah. Maybe when truly get OLD.

Nope. Never worked at NASA but just went to college in that area, had the condo and then bounced around after moving back from out west after doing location scouting logistics then ultimately sold it. Saw many rockets, shuttles, had fun taking friends boats out to NDBC buoys offshore and drinking and sleeping on them. Met astronauts and people who worked for NASA and united space alliance. Fun times! Surfed, tanned, volunteered whenever the Big Cat Rescue visited the east coast flea markets and showed people aligators and big cats. Years later they even had a shoutout in the anime Kemono friends. I'm done with Florida I think now. I don't get along with my sister any more but her husband's father did work for NASA as a materials engineer and did stuff with the plates on the shuttle. She has two homes in Florida, one in Germany (husband works for Siemens) and a large apartment in Prague. I didn't know what I wanted to do. I'm fine for now. I dont want to be like her. I dont want to go back to Florida at all if I can help it. I did go back to see Artemis 1 though. I was on a ship for Artemis II I think I posted in the past. I wonder what the next big thing will be in my life?

I'd say the percentages are like
10-15% remain in Eastern Europe for the next 5 years
20% japan (if I find my industry there, well, I already know one company, but I'm afraid they would move too slow relative to what I want)
65-70% I go somewhere in the us. Mostly for nature, it's the kind that I really like, but also probably just wherever I find the people that I need to work with. Which is likely Texas I guess. But there's so much I want to see in the US, I just don't know if I would have the time.. but now maybe I should say 80% us, I don't really see much any alternatives for me.

I guess Dubai or UAE if shit goes Way South and the whole world, but we'll see. I love deserts, but don't want to choke on the smoke and I don't know if I would be able to spend more than 50% of my time outside of the urban places. On top of that, I could maybe live in iran (Persians are actually White)(I like rumi, but I think he was Persian), but I'm not really the biggest fan of sand niggers. They have a worse macho culture than Hispanics. And I just don't trust semites much tbh, even though I have some Jewish friends that have treated me surprisingly selflessly. But since I am so selective with friends, I'd prefer them to be mostly White (again, just not to waste my life). Although I do have a very black friend in Kenya... All Asians that are not Korea or Japan are so boring though. Especially chinese, sometimes it blows my mind how boring they are. Well, God bless everyone. I'll tell you something though, I've lived pretty much all of my life and Eastern Europe, and it's an awesome unbelievable place (both in terms of nature and people) (although people, you still have to sift through so much... It's not like everyone is worth your attention, but there are real giants here), but I might have to move out a little bit for the projects I have in mind.
