Sometimes I want to make a big pan of mushrooms and cheese for dinner instead of a meal.

I'm lactose intolerant but that's never stopped me from eating cheese in small quantities. But the other day I was going to a music festival and ordered a burger before hand. I was worried that if I ate the cheese it would give me stomach problems at the festival which would be bad given the poor sanitary conditions of the toilets.

So I ordered the burger without cheese. That made the burger measurably worse. I wish I'd just ordered it with cheese instead. But then again, perhaps I would have subsequently regretted doing that once I got to the festival.

Boursin id a French soft cheese mixed at some point i am guessing wuth garlic (very garlicy, fair warning) and herbs ( I will look into this now you have me wondering.

You can buy some bread, some meat deli sliced and there will be a free spoon or knife (improvise)
Then use said spreadable cheese.
That way you don't end up with a block butter in melt in your pocket because you are not on your way home.

Write note to self stop snort snow dandruff that you puss blood out your nose for 25 minutes.
