Not anyone can do iron cross.
You must be short guy with the right genetics to do it and at the right age, around 16- 18 years old to start training for it. Otherwise you will get yourself so badly injured that even with multiple surgeries they might not fix you.
No matter what a fish can do it will never learn to fly.

i dont believe that even for a second, it requires lots of isometric strength to do which is something that you naturally get stronger at as you get older, older people have less explosive strength but higher isometric strength than young people. this is something that should play into your strengths if you spend a fair amount of time doing skill work like handstands, static holds, levers, etc
