Does anyone talk about how neolib education is largely a racquet and way for owners and managers to screen out stupid and lazy applicants?

Nah, but it might help you learn the difference between a racket and a racquet.

Not after fourteen years of education do I know the difference.

>Nah.
Good refutation.

Nobody talks about it this way because it's not this way. There is no basis for your claims. You are looking at the entirety of the education system through a distorted lens fitting to your (what I assume is your) anti-establishment/anti-neoliberalism/capitalism/whatnot rhetoric. I'm going to assume you didn't do very well in school either, which leads in part to the poor spelling (it's not the education system's fault you can't differentiate between homophones, it's your fault) and biased view towards to anything education related. My question is to you: If education is just a big neoliberal scheme and blah blah blah I ask you one question: What does a perfect education system look like? One that does not prepare student for jobs, because you have obviously shown a negative stance towards job preparation. A school favored towards the stupid and lazy? One that holds everybody's hands and makes sure every single student has a jolly merry old time throughout their studies? It's very foolish and I request that you think twice before shitting up the board with d-tier stoner thoughts.

I'm sure there is quite a bit of marxist social theory as well as perhaps some Durkheimian sociology that deals with this very topic of school shaping people in order to meet the labour demands of the economy.

Everything that is needed for a good understanding of the academic discipline can only be achieved through a long and detailed study of educational materials, because no one but you will drive this into your head. For example, not too long ago I was looking for the best college preparatory courses for my child, and this helpful comparison article https://edureviewer.com/prep-expert-vs-princeton-review/ helped me a lot. I am not going to overpay and it is important for me to know that the process of preparing for the tests will be really successful.
